Karl Tsigdinos

Karl Tsigdinos' career spans nearly three decades in the media, graphic design and communications. He has extensive experience in both print and broadcast mediums. An accomplished editor and journalist, Karl has also written speeches, press releases, TV and radio scripts, book and music reviews, and advertising copy.

Before joining the BlueChair Group, Karl founded and ran (for 15 years) his own communications company, the Gold Star Media Group, based in Dublin, Ireland. It published magazines for both the consumer and trade markets in Ireland and the UK, as well as producing a highly successful television program for Ireland's national broadcaster, RTE.

As a journalist Karl has written for magazines and newspapers all over the world, including the London Sunday Times, the Sunday Business Post (Ireland), the Irish Independent, Motor Trend (U.S.), What Car? (U.K) and Sports Car International (U.S.). In addition to his work as an automotive journalist, Karl has also written on a wide variety of topics including business, sports, interior design, music, books and film.

He is a highly experienced broadcaster, both as a presenter and a producer on television and radio and was a three-time nominee for an Irish Radio Award.

As a graphic designer specialising in editorial design, Karl has won international awards and given seminars on magazine design in London and Dublin. He also presided over the redesign of Ireland's largest chain of regional newspapers.

Karl is a graduate of Harvard University, with a B.A. in English and Visual Studies.
