Pamela Mahoney is a member of the BlueChair Group, Inc. board of directors. She provides strategic consulting to the firm. Pamela is a partner at MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures, which she joined in 2000. She has more than 20 years experience in corporate communications, marketing and media relations. She works closely with MDV’s early stage companies and helps the management teams develop effective communication plans and market positioning. She’s currently collaborating with Gordon Murray Design, Laurus Energy, On-Q-ity, and ZeaChem. Pamela also fosters awareness of MDV’s investment strategy and helps build partnerships with leading industry and entrepreneur organizations. She represents MDV on the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) Strategic Communications Group. Pamela’s experience spans a number of leading technology, auto and industrial companies including Sun Microsystems, Novell. Chrysler Corporation, General Motors, Ford Motor Company and the Dow Chemical Company. She was a member of Chrysler’s award-winning team responsible for a significant corporate repositioning and the launch of a record number of new products. Pamela holds a BA in English and Communication from the University of Michigan and an MA in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from Wayne State University. |
